Assistive Technology in the Classroom- This presentation has 20 slides to describe how assistive technology (AT) is helpful for students in the classroom, it includes information about IDEA.
Assistive Technology Laws- This presentation has 15 slides that review the major federal laws that help assure access to AT, though the information is quite general.
AT Information for Families- This presentation has 34 slides and includes information about how AT can be helpful both at home and in school. It also provides ideas for funding AT, and how to resolve disagreements with funding sources, such as schools.
Early Childhood and AT- This presentaion has 40 slides and includes information about things like AT and communication, daily living skills, and computer access, in addition to other topics.

The Family Center on Technology and Disability is a resource designed to support organizations and programs that work with families of children and youth with disabilities. It operates entirely through program support from the Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
