 Full Description: 
"With a Little Help From My Friends" is a set of five booklets that provide very clear and practical advice on supporting people at various stages of life and in various settings. The topics of the books include:

- "Speaking Up-Speaking Out"(about supporting self-advocacy);
- "Growing Strong" (about early intervention);
- "Family Supports and the Educational System;
- "Real Lives" (about support needs including employment, housing, and recreation);
- "I Am Who I am" (covers a variety of specialized support needs including person-centered planning and supports to people who are from different races and cultures, people who are aging, and people who have difficult or challenging behavior);
"Changing Systems" (about quality assurance and funding).
