The Missouri Developmental Disabilities Council believes that "all people who want to work can work," and it is the responsibility of each person and those who support them to make that a reality. In the preface to this booklet, it is observed that for every dollar that the state of Missouri spent on supportive equipment there was a $1.03 return to taxpayers.
