This is a workbook that can be completed by youth, here is a description taken from the publisher's website:

"The Walking the Path Model is designed to guide youth with autism spectrum disorders to identify their gifts and strengths. The model leads youth into active community involvement during the transition to adulthood and provides emotional support throughout the process. With a focus on increased capability and independence, this guide/workbook helps establish goals and paths to pursue in the quest for “self-value” and a true “quality of life” beyond high school. The process is applicable to all levels of ASD."
