 Full Description:
These are four fact sheets created to educate adults with disabilities about health conditions and impairments that typically occur in later life. They were produced by the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Aging with Developmental Disabilities at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Each fact sheet provides a concise and understandable explanation of the cause, symptoms and treatments of a specific health condition, and would be easy for most self-advocates to understand. These fact sheets were adapted from the "Age Pages" series for the general population developed by the National Institute on Aging.

The four fact sheets include:

- Foot Care
- High Blood Pressure
- Exercise
- Arthritis.

They can be purchased from the RRTCADD website or downloaded for free.

-Information take from the RRTCADD website viewed on 1/29/11 (www.rrtcadd.org/Resource/Publications/HP/Brief/Info.html)
