The sponsor provides support for projects that help young Americans with disabilities maximize their potential and full participation in society. The sponsor gives preference to organizations and projects that reflect collaboration among groups, and that actively involve people with disabilities in program planning and implementation.

A major program emphasis is inclusion: enabling young people with disabilities to have full access to educational, vocational and recreational opportunities and to participate alongside their non-disabled peers.

Eligible applicants are tax-exempt and non-profit organizations and activities. The sponsor considers requests from all areas of the United States. Priority is given to those in communities where the sponsor's companies are located.
