Technical Requirements
Java
To use our chat software, you need to have a Java enabled web browser. Click on
the test button below to see if you already have Java installed:
When you click on the Java Test button, you should see a new window open
with a flashing Quality Mall logo. If not, you need to install Java on
your computer. Click the button below to download and install the correct
Java plug-in for your system:
Firewalls
If your computer is part of a Local Area Network (LAN), you may access the internet through a firewall that will need to be configured to use our chat program.
To see if you can connect to our server, click on the Chat button below
(NOTE: If you do not see the Chat button, you probably do not have Java
installed. See the Java section above.) :
If the chat application opened in a new window, then your computer is properly configured to connect to the Quality Mall chat server.
If you received a message that you were unable to connect to the server, you are probably behind a firewall
that will need to be configured to give you access to our chat server. Contact your network administrator and
have them check the following web site for configuration information:
